ok here is a couple pics for ya. First I have to remove the 3 bolts so I can replace the door handle/lock. its a cone headed screw so im liess inclined to drill it out then weld on a bolt and wrench it off. the door pannel is what i dont wan to kill the parts are expendable.
I have a matching set of holes a bit bigger then a soda can. both lower pannels are rotten and I have various other areas that have rusted off the paint. I will be sanding out as much as possible but some patches will be required. I can sacrafice some of the rusty parts to test. what are the symptoms of that hss pannel?.
