    He was on the freeway because the access road is to rough. I see clowns like that all the time and you are right if we were to try it off to jail we would go. I was driving a brand new Chevy dually pulling a new goose neck once and got pulled over so I could get a ticket for no brake away braking system. Some guys I work with told me they seen the patrolman checking my truck out while it was pulled over and I was inside talking to a boss. When I left here he came and nailed me.

    new dot standards in arkansas.... if you running a 1-ton truck and put t trailer on the back capable of 12k, you must have a class A cdl now..... even though there arent any air brakes, still gotta have that class A..... they talking about extending that to 3/4 ton trucks now as well...... booooo

    I like the custom work on the trailer. - Notice how the bottom of the box is trimmed to make it parallel to the road - nice touch. Kind of a "rat trailer".

    if it came loose and hit my wife while on the road, he wouldnt have to worry about an insurance company.... there would be a lil puddle of blood n snot on the ground where dude used to stand...
