    I also have one of the HF bandsaws and it does a good job but cant compete with the Milwaukee Chop saw. I can cut 3 or 4 peices in the time I can make one cut on the band saw. I hardly ever use my band saw anymore. I cut tubing, bar stock, aluminum about anything I need to cut. The only thing I dont normally cut on it is stainless. I rather use my bandsaw and a spray bottle with coolant in it. dont want it to work harden and ruin my carbide tip blade.

    Yes, the HF is slow but steady. I watched the Milwaukee video, and that thing really mows through the material. I was suprised how fast it cuts.
