My house project has also stalled my CNC project.

I should have a place to put it in the next year or so.

Delays, Delays, Delays!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I received the CNC plasma torch on Friday. The torch will not fit on my 200PI The threaded hose end is not the same size as the 200PI connector
I took it to a local WS today and got a blank look from the counter people. They said that they could order the adaptor, but it would take 3 to 4 WEEKS!!!

Keith, you might be able to use the hose from the 200PI and mount it to the torch. I think the other end of the hoses have a more standard fitting.

I made an adaptor for the torch, see attached. Since then a hose inside the welder ruptured. Longevity senr me a replacement set of hoses. They shipped the package on 9/10/2010 and I received it 9/18/2010 the USPS was extreamly slow!! I started to put the welder back together today.

I also made a adaptor for the torch. It fits into the router holder bracket, see bellow.

I checked the CNC plasma torch, everything checks out OK. The welder's solonid valve clicks when the switch is pushed and there is good air flow at the torch. I conclude that the torch will NOT work with my machine.

Hook the pilot wire directly to the welder ground wire, I'll bet it will work.
