    Video of weathervane test cut.

    I set my software to compensate for temperature buildup to reduce warpage. That's why it is jumping around so much. Seems to help.
    Set Longevity ForceCut LP80 to 25 amps with 60PSI. Cut speed was 80IPM.
    Torch is modified S45 (made it straight for CNC table)

    Not really sure what the tip size is. It's an S45 torch. I looked at the tip and didn't see any numbers on it. It has a pretty small opening though.

    Thats cool! One thing for sure, once you get your CNC plasma cutter running that only half of the battle. This is just one more tool that will teach you something each time you use it. Great video Gadget!

    You got that right. I've been working with my CNC table for about two years and am still learning. Mostly in the design and cut path process though.

    Gadget I think you nailed it there. Looks real good. I see the CNC drive belts flapping alot. Does that affect accuracy?

    That doesn't affect the accuracy at all. I should take care of that though just for appearance sake if nothing else.
