I think it would be great for others (including myself) to read not just how well your units work. But anyone who has needed Warranty assistance to tell their experiences with the Longevity Warranty dept.

This is sort of an answer how Longevity treats their warranty issues. When I first received my 200P the digital display did not work. I contacted them and their first response was to immediately send it back and they would replace it; but I asked if there were any obvious issues and they suggested I check to make sure the plugs on all the boards were plugged in and I found one had come off the display. It seems to be a problem in shipping but since then they hot glue all the connectors so that doesn't happen.
Key issue is their first response was to send it back no questions asked at their cost. I was happy to check into it since I do some of that stuff and fixed the small issue without a return. But overall I can see they are very good at their warranty support.
Now how's that compared to others?? Well my bud is in the welding business, has three Miller trailblazers and he knows what he is doing. His last new trailblazer just didn't put out the juice, he fought with miller for 3 months before they finally admitted there was a problem and finally replaced the unit. So enough said....
