I always cut a tad longer, then touch the edge with an angle grinder, then hit the edge with my porter Cable hand held belt sander. I use the grinder lightly to take out slight wobble and get the cut close to the line so I know its in specification. Then I put the belt sander in with say 50 grit to make it perfectly flat. When I cut with the band saw I follow the same procedure as a perfect cut is a rare find.

Delete this long before the case of beer makes sure you do it. (I'll do the same in your benefit.)

I'm not allowed to have a plasma for the same reasons.

Easement law is pretty cut and dry. You may be able to flat out shut the locals out of it. (No, no a lawyer, but I am mildly literate )

Might be worth an unpaid day in court. ^_^
Full hand tool assortment, collecting sheet metal hammers/dollies, more time than money.
