    Welding Chain

Unless some of you know a good way to weld chain it looks like I'm gonna quit using it in my projects. I'm just wasting time, money, wire, gas and my patients. It looks really cool but not worth the hassle.

I've never attempted to weld chain, so I'm going to ask why is it such a pain? I'm assuming it's because it's tedious, because there are so many weld points that need to be done or is it another reason?

I usually put it in a vise, to let the vise hold it in place while I weld it.

Drag that sucker around behind your truck and let it get cleaned up that way. You should not have any ground issues after that.
