Doing well D. I hate the cold since it keeps me out of the garage but other than that things are going fine. I'm building a waste motor oil heater for the garage but only work on it on warmer days. Propane heat is too expensive so I try not to use it unless absolutely needed.
See you in Chicago next year.

I believe there is a bit of irony in that statement.
In the beginning of a change, the patriot is a scarce man, brave hated and scorned. When his cause succeeds however, the timid join him , for then it costs nothing to be a patriot.

having certs is good and dandy its a pretty common misconception that you get papers and anyone will hire you not true for the most part most companies well atleast the ones i have worked for are looking for a working knowledge and practical experience in the field you are applying for ... what i did many many years ago was i started hanging around a fab shop started as a helper and got hired on as a welder from there .. then continued to build my resume i have taken jobs that i hated doing cause times were slow but they all pertained to the field i was working in..which continued to build my resume..i love what i do and has taken years and years to get where i am with it today
