    It would be very helpful for the AC/DC Tig, so many different combinations of settings, it's really trial and error at this point.

    when you say program do you mean web based or an app that you can run on your pc? I could code an app but would need people to input data in to it. I should be getting an android phone soon so I can also start development of a welding app on that as well depending on how complex apps are on there.

    Brink! One of my all time favorite build threads on PBB. Nice to see you're still at it.
    Anyway, a weld calculator would be cool to give away with other products. I ordered both of Miller's calcs a few years ago and they provide very good starting points and are only like $1.50 each IIRC. They are very handy but I can always use more than one of everything so I'd like a Longevity one as well.

    Not sure which January this was referring to but, just a little bump to check the status on this. I've downloaded a few charts from different websites for guidance but the adjustments on my 160d mig don't quite match up directly. I typically due some test beads to fine tune but, that isn't always an option.
