    Need help kinda urgent

trying to finish up a Christmas present for the grandson but my welder is acting up, getting no gas at the nozzle, have 60# on the gauge. Cannot here any gas at the nozzle.

I noticed weird sound and bad welds while welding some rod last night but thought it might just be a coating on the rod but I guess not.

My regulator just up and quit the other day. Maybe that's what happened to you. Disconnect the argon line from the flow meter to see what kind of flow you are getting, if the flow is good there you will have to trace it through the line. Hope this helps.

Forgot to mention that my ball on the flow meter goes up as it's supposed to when I pull the trigger

Problem solved, gun had pulled loose at the connection to the welder. Thanks for your quick response though Gadget
