Well, it happens from time to time with rods out of the same can??? All openned fresh, on same material, with same welder/operator, on same machine with same settings???
BTW, the brand of rods is Bohler
They weld beautifully, even the ones that you have to BEAT the flux off of, with the exception of the dimples from the ol chippin hammer... LOL
