    Hello all

    Im new to this forum but a welder none the less...I have a Longevuty Weld all 200 and a Hobart 180 mig...I can mig weld good and done stainless as well...I am just starting TIG and I am getting comfortable with it but I haven't doon aluminum which is my next challenge...my main thing is the settings on the welder itself...I am not sure what to set it up at b4 I start...I have 1/16" aluminum stock that I want to practice on...any help would b appreciated

    Hi gmanishere and welcome to the forum. I haven't done much aluminum welding and can't remember the settings from the last time I did but I'm sure there are many here who will help get you started with the settings needed.
    Post some photos of your work when you can, we like photos. Also, there is still time to get qualified for and enter the contest for an LP80 plasma cutter. You should check out the contest post, the odds are usually around 1 in 15 or 20.
