    Ahoy

I'm a Computer Engineer, though in hindsight I probably should have been a MechE. I have too many hobbies, and have always wanted to get into metalworking. So now I am, just ordered a 164i.

My other applicable hobbies are mountain biking, and I have a jeep. Eventually I plan to make parts for both.

    Looking forward to learning

Hi Noot and welcome to the forum. We like pictures here so be sure to include some showing your work. Also, check out for the contest here. The odds of winning a great new Longevity machine are very good.

    Hey Noot,
I just retired as a network engineer in March so we have something in common.
