hi all robman1000 here, new to the site and the longivity welding units. i have a 200PI that i recieved about 2 weeks ago and am very inpressed with the stick welding and plasma cutting feature but still have to work a few kinks out with the tig setting and air leaks but all togather a nice uint. all 200pi users feel free to lend a hand with setting (aluninum) really but all will help

hare a few pics i have dont with the unit and how i set up the air/argon connection
the first is the loose ground , second is how the air argon can attach and isolate them, third is tig with steel and no filler, forth is stick on steel just showing how well the slag comes off ns

what you wanna know about settings for aluminum with that machine? spew the questions and i will answer the best i can... i also have a 200pi, also have synchrowave 200 and s'wave350.... just let me know... also, welcome to the forum, and please, remember to ask questions

Welcome aboard, my Lincoln Precision Tig is funny about air leaks. I can always tell when I have them since the weld looks slightly black.
