    Howdy all

Just wanted to drop a note and say hello. I am in the North Texas area. I am a professional blacksmith and mainly indulge myself and my customers in artistic ornamental iron work. My shop consists of a lot of Harbor Freight tooling and a lot of homemade tooling. I built my own forges, treadle hammer and a homemade 25lb power hammer. My shop has 2 anvils, assorted hammers n tongs, and other such truck that goes with the trade. We also have a Torchmate 2x4 CNC plasma table. There is a Lincoln wire feed welder and a stick/tig welder along with an Oxy/Ace torch. I have a small website in desperate need of attention at Home - Jobe Metalsmiths. I am a lab assistant in the welding lab at the local college part time.

Hope to learn a lot on this site, hope to help a bit as well.
