Hi: Ive been repairing stainless steel boat props for over 15 years. I work mainly with a few big boat dealers in the area and work on mainly bass boat props from repairing to custom bending and design for each boat depending on there needs. I never fooled around with aluminum much and decided to try a weldall 160 pi to see if I could get the hang of working with the tig for aluminum repair. I am located in Northern Wisconsin. Welcome to the forum Jim.Fixing aluminum props around where i live was a pretty lucrative business at one time.The mullet fisherman here screw up props all the time trying to get to close to the beach to round them up in there nets,running aground on a daily basis.
