a fired the millwright and had to do it myself newbie

So it stareted at work one day 3 weeks after the boss hired a Millwright, couldn't weld and it took 3 weeks for him to figure out a simple job (test of his competence) I guess it was my job to let him go. then sh_t started breaking and I had to learn how to weld like yesterday.Man to I SUCK!!!!!! at welding but I love that little t200 tig welder. I could almost pull a horse outta my ass. close is good enough when 34 guys are standing around for you to fix something. I built some cool stuff for my bobber build as well and I hope I can get that good weld going soon. I have another one to build before spring and I plan to make the handle bars and mid foot controls. as well as the fender stay and lots of little things. for those of you new to the forum welcome some good peeps here including the guys at Longevity. Ps check my album to see what I built. it will be updated!

Nice looking bike you've built. Hang in there on the welding, you'll catch on quickly. One suggestion though, put photos in the Gallery rather than an album. You'll get credit for the contest that way. If you need help with putting images in the gallery let me know. I'll be happy to help.

Nice bobber, i like customizing bikes also.I guess that you put the exhaust on the left side because of the kick starter.I am looking for a xs650 yamaha or a sportster to do something similar to yours for a run around bike.Keep practicing on your welding, that's what makes you better and the guys on this site will help you with whatever info you need.

    Welcome.

I like the throwback. I don't get to see many thin tired builds out this way anymore.
Full hand tool assortment, collecting sheet metal hammers/dollies, more time than money.
