Welding sign

I know this doesn't have a lot to do with anything, but I saw this neat sign in front of a tech school here in Saskatoon. I think maybe lots of you might get a kick out of it.

Is is really true??

somewhat, I think it's called "contact welding"; where, if there it absolutely nothing between similar metal surfaces, the metal bonds when pressure is applied.

Here we go:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cold_welding
LONGEVITY M200 IGBT MIG Welder
CT-520D
Chiry Welder (previously owned)

1/25,000 sec. adjustable Auto-darkening filter cartridge (from Hong-Kong)
C.H. compressor + extra tank
Ryobi 6" bench grinder
Black & Decker this & that, Chinese drill & angle grinder, lots of odd tools,
a big old vice I got for free,

John Deere CS40 chainsaw and several Axes... they can be very useful!
