I have a Weld Pak 100 and have it set up for Mig welding. I can not find what the gas pressure should be. Please Help!

You need to set the flow rate, not the pressure for MIG welding. It should be set around 30 to 40 cubic feet per hour.

Yeah. A small weld-pak uses 15-20 CFH. This will work with "mig mix" Argon/co2 or straight CO2 (what I use as work has it on hand for other stuff).

To much pressure can cause problems with your weld and your gas wont last as long.

There are two things involved in welding gas, that is the pressure and the flow rate.

Pressure should be between 20 to 30 PSI.
Flow rate should be between 15 to 20 CFH.

Pressure is probably around 40-45 psi at the regulator.
I think you are mixed up with pressure and flow rate cubic rate per hour, it should be about 15cfh and about 7 lph.
