Very nice gadget just one tip. Move a bit faster you want the spray (sparks) to be directed in the opposite direction on the cut so if it is straight down speed up if it's commingup at you slow down it helps with tip life and also will keep the dross down to a minimum.
Thanks Junes,
I had a suspicion I was going too slow but I haven't cut much with the new unit and am kind of feeling it out. Also, I didn't have a good view of the spray since I was cutting a large chunk that blocked my view somewhat.

Just keep going faster until it sprays back at you when your done and there is alot of dross just go a bit faster next time if it is not a clean cut just slow down it is mainly
just experience it's hard to explain millers website has a good plasma section with videos take a look
Nice job Gadget!!
It is easy to see the spark trail in the video, not so easy from the operator's point of view.
Good tip from junes.

Dan,
That was really sweet!
I think I saw a setting of 37 on the amps but what was your pressure set at?
Thanks!

I was running about 85 PSI. According to Simon, the pilot arc needs more air than the HF start.
BTW the 200PI runs up to 50 amps for plasma.

For the 250PI, we have tested and found that about 60-65 PSI works best for the plasma cutter. You can test the correct pressure by adjusting the regulator or pressure why the torch is in full arc.

Dan,
That was a nice cut. I agree with Junes, you can go a bit faster with that thickness. Thanks for the video as it always helps show our customers what our units can do.
