I want to switch my WP26 to WP9 (125 amps, air cooled) for small jobs but the connectors at the machine end are the issue and nobody is willing to disclose a part number for them. My connectors have NIPP35-70 molded on them. I think they are standard DINSE (International) connectors (50 mm, solid, not gas-thru)

I made an adapter for my 200pi. I had a male Dense connector, bought a fitting (SAE) from the hardware store, taped out the Dense connector to 1/4 NPT screwed the two together and soldiered them as well. Then I drilled and taped a 1/8 NPT into the side for the air hose. There is a picture of the fitting in process in the gallery under KHK, CNC build. I think that it is the first picture.

You should be able to buy a male dinse connector fron weldcraft, arczone.com they are quite common.

Also check here:Cables, Clamps, Connectors & Covers should be the right one for you.

What you may have to do is tin the end of your cable with solder if you want to switch out of different connectors if you find a connector not an adapter.

thank you very much for the leads!!! I will keep you posted on success or otherwise. And my WeldAll 200 still rocks!! I tried a Miller Sycro last week and aside from pedal sensitivity I found no difference, just the wp9 watercooled torch was more "limber" but then practice is all it takes....no joke.
