I feel the same. I'm Canadian, so I wish all our Canadian people in uniform the best of everything as well, and hope that you all keep safe and secure. Regardless of your beliefs on the politics of it all, these people are putting themselves in harm's way for something they believe in, and I am grateful there are people in the world like them, men and women alike, to stand up for my freedom, and way of life.
I'm 64, so I guess I'm a little over the hill for service, but if I was young enough, I hope I would have enough grit to enlist, and serve the country that I love so much. The fact that there are people that do, makes me very proud indeed.

I wish all the men and women serving in the military a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. I am also praying especially hard for those serving in Iraq and Afghanistan come home soon. THANKS TO ALL SERVING AND THAT HAVE SERVE
