Hi Everyone,

A lot of people have been asking about our new Mig Welder. We have attached a picture of the new Longevity WeldMate M200 200AMP IGBT Mig Welder. The machine is capable of a spool gun attachment and also have an internal power driven spool motor.

The unit is about 45lbs and the size of our 60amp plasma cutter. We are very happy with the performance and the size of this new mig welder. The spool gun is similar to the spool gun used on a Miller machine.

I believe we will sell the unit for $800.00 with Free Shipping. The spool gun will be extra and they will come in in 5 or 8 meters.

Does this stick weld? Thats a great price if it is a SMAW/GMAW/FCAW machine. Its a good price if it isn't. Any specs on the electrical requirements, efficiency, duty cycle etc ?

Hi Gerald,

The unit is a 190amp stick as well. The unit's duty cycle is 60% at 200amps on the mig. The power is i believe 110v and 220v minimum 30amp on the 220v side. Efficiency is .93.

I think it will be priced at $800.00

How do you change from wire feed to stick? Is there a switch ?

Yes there is a switch and the stick is rated at 140amps. Let me know if you wish to do a review on it.
