    NIIN/NSN report from IHS, The Source for Critical Information and Insight (tm)

    I am not sure what an electron beam welder is but it says it is worth 1,000,000 dollars and can put out 1200 killawats. 1.2 million watts? That is nuts..

    Well then,you should be able to weld a piece of metal that is a foot thick with just one pass.

    we have a few things at work sent out to be EB welded but that is stuff that is normally under .015 in thickness otherwise it is hand Tig welded
