Plasma cut on 1/4 in AL

I had some 1/4 in AL to test the plasma cutter. The AL is painted on one side. I used the tip spacer in the torch. The settings are as followes.
50 amp
AC
I changed the air pressure from 65, 40, 30 psi
At 30 psi the plasma tip wes destroyed.

Try increasing the PSI as well. I believe he had it all the way up to 80PSI when we did our demo.

The cutting was easy from 65 to 40 psi, at 30 psi it turned to S#$%!!!
I was trying to show the effect of air pressure on cutting AL. The cut is much better than the pictures show.
