    Thank you for sharing!

Great cuts Tom! The 80amp plasma cutter is one of our most powerful plasma cutters that we carry! It is a great bargain for its capabilities.
Another machine that will cut 1 inch thick aluminum is the the Weldall 200PI! The 200PI multipurpose machine comes with a 50amp plasma cutter, but with the AC capability, you can cut aluminum like cutting steel with a DC plasma cutter! Much cleaner and much thicker than that of a DC plasma cutter.

Thanks again for sharing the pics Tom. We appreciate it.
    Sincerely,

Very nice cut, I wonder what the 60I would do on 1inch aluminum?

I have never used a plasma cutter, especially on aluminum. For some reason I thought it would be a smoother cut.It is still amazing that it would cut something that thick.

I am amazed at this cut I don't think I could do this by hand as the torch must be kept very steady. Using a torch, you can cut ferrous metal easily as it oxidizes and burns easily. Aluminum is another animal.
