I really like your design and results, especially the magnet and bearings.

Maybe an o-ring or snap-ring in the groove on the torch could provide a positive, square reference as you insert it in the bearing. 2 "wheel" bearings instead of one could also help prevent tilt.

I've had luck getting inexpensive bearings from Amazon and this retailer: USA Bearings and Belts

Nice job, this is on my short list to copy. At the moment I have a bucket of different sized circles that I hope are close enough to do the job.
