    Interchangeable with what?

I know there are at least two different styles of torch my LC520D can use but there are several types it can't use.
Longevity LC-520D (ordered, Delivered, works great)
Longevity Pro-Black Welding helmet, works great
Pexto 137 shear (my latest toy)

Yes you should be able to find another torch, but why do you want to make the change? Also you have to find out if it is a blowback design or pilot arc to begin getting you into another torch, keith or gadget may be your best bet; AKA "KHK"

Keith would be the best bet, I only know what fits my unit and it's an older MOSFET without pilot arc.

Plasma torches are interchangeable as long as the pin connectors match up with the unit, also make sure that the air inlet matches up with the torch. If you have any other concerns or questions please feel free to ask.

There are two different suzes of threads used by Longevity(that I know of). They are both SAE threads. I have two S45 plasma torches, each has a different size therad on the the air line. I was unable to obtain a adaptor(2 week wait from the local WS) so I made my own.

Went to the local auto parts store and bought the proper SAE fitting

    Finished conversion.

I think thet if you stay with the same amp rated torch the change should be easy.
