Welding Safety dangerous practice of using break cleaner for welding.

OK - I guess I'm not the most safety conscious guy in the world, but I really don't want to hurt myself, and I try to be at least reasonably careful.

I found the following link on the Ol Skool Rodz Forum, and it really caught my attention. Anyone that welds should really have a look at it: Brake Cleaner = Phosgene Article.

Wow, that is scary. Thanks for pointing this out. We all use various cleaners for our TIG welding. I for one will be reading the labels first now.
