Exclamation New longevity 2010 models photo release part 1

    Hi Everyone,

We are please to update everyone on the new LONGEVITY 2010 Models which feature IGBT Technology provided by Infineon. We are releasing photos on some of our new units and will briefly go over some of the upgrades LONGEVITY has made this year.

    LONGEVITY WeldAll 360

    Attachment 1560

This is one of our most industrial combination units ever built featuring Infineon IGBT Technology. This model features a 315 ACDC TIG / STICK Welder, which will be compatible with LONGEVITY water coolers. The unit also comes with a Full Pilot Arc 60AMP Plasma Cutter. Other notable upgrades include the side consumable drawer, the beautiful black and red design, a true 60% duty cycle, pressure regulator and PSI gauge on the front.

    LONGEVITY WeldAll 250PI

    Attachment 1562

This model will be like our previous 250PI, but will feature a better design as far as internal components along with the cosmetic upgrades and a possibility of water cooler adaption. The WeldAll 250PI still includes the Infineon IGBT Chips, a 250amp ACDC TIG Welder, a powerful 50AMP Plasma Cutter with the S45 Torch and 190amp ACDC Stick Welder.

    LONGEVITY ForceCut 60i

    Attachment 1563

The ForceCut 60i has been upgraded and now features CNC and Manual button, which allows for more cooling on the torch as well as a better ability to cut metal any shape including rails.

Other notable upgrades include internal components, the consumable tray on the side, the post flow air control allowing for more cooling during long durations of cutting, and constant and timed air control. The plasma cutter comes with a full 60% duty cycle and capability to cut up to 1 1/4" Severance. We recommend this unit for cutting up to 1"

    LONGEVITY ForceCut 50i

    Attachment 1558

The ForeCut series has also drastically improved with the addition of IGBT Technology, the side consumable compartment, CNC integration with post flow control as well as timed and constant air control.

For the TIG Welders, we have some of the most advanced in the industry with variable amperage requirements.

LONGEVITY TigWeld 315 and TigWeld 250

    Attachment 1559

The LONGEVITY TigWeld 315 is our newest tig welder that features a 315AMP ACDC TIG unit that also features a stick welder. This machine will allow you to weld every type of metal from aluminum to stainless. The unit is water cooler compatible and the water cooler is recommended with this unit. It will allow for welding up to 5/8" in a single pass.

The unit also features all the standard controls as well as some more notable ones including start amps, end amps, arc force, and up slope. The TigWeld 250 will feature the same features but a less powerful 250AMP Tig welder with an air/water cooled torch. This unit will be the lesser priced of the two.

If you have any questions about the LONGEVITY 2010 models, please let us know. We will also update you on other new designs shortly.

    Thank you all for viewing.

Great to here that you all like the new design and structure! New product pages are being developed for these machines as we speak! Once we have more information and specifications on the new product, we will have it posted.

    Mellotron,
We are also expecting to get in a new 110V MIG welder. The machine will have similar specifications as the M200. We will have pictures and information about the machine posted as soon as we have it available. Thank you for your interest.
    Sincerely,

    When will we see pricing?

Just curious as to when we will see pricing? Also, I was wondering if the pricing will reflect and discounts?

    Thanks!
