We are pleased to be the first to introduce our portable full synergic 200 amp ACDC TIG welder. This portable unit weighs in at 25lbs and is extremely portable.

Using a WP-17 style tig torch, you are properly air cooled and ready to go. In this video shot by Tim, who does some of our contracted video work, you will see the basic setup, functionality, and some quality welds.

In addition, LONGEVITY and our partner has developed three different style finger trigger control options for this unit and all LONGEVITY TIG Welders for use instead of the foot pedal with either a rotary or linear adjustment for the amps. The unit does not come standard with the foot pedal or finger trigger control at this time, but may be included in our retail price later down the line.

The unit is currently 220v 1phase, but we are planning on launching a dual voltage machine by end of year. The 220v/110v model is still being tested by our RandD group.

The digital panels are something people will need to get used to. Currently, in welding schools, these types of machines are popular as the students are learning from scratch.

As far as pricing, we are going to retail this model around the $1400 price point. The pedal currently is not included, but we are still determining pricing for this model!

Any word on the dual voltage model? We set aside money for a new unit in the lab and this guy fits perfect except for 220v only. Hope plans for it weren't discontinued. I love the old synchro we have but it's not what I could call portable for field use haha.

We are currently working on such a model. We are also coming out with some other small ACDC TIG models as well priced even lower! Please wait about 1 month or so for a nice introduction on some models we feel will fit well into niche.

110v capability is awesome and we are working on it!
