    Welding tips and tricks videos

These are some interesting videos from the welding tips and tricks guy.

He uses a Everlast welder but the setting should be pretty much the same on the Longevity welders.

The owner Jody of Welding Tips and Tricks is very knowledgeable. We tried to have him review our equipment a while back, but he was a bit busy.

    Very nice and informative video.

It would have been nice for Longevity for him to use one of Longevity's welders but overall I think it is good for Longevity that he picked a Chinese made welder. It seems to do a fairly good job of putting to rest the idea that all Chinese welders are crap. I haven't used a Everlast welder so I don't know exactly how they compare.

It would be nice if Longevity could do some videos with the automated welder setup like he had. Just to take the human out of the equation.

that write up makes me want to start playing with the TIG machine that the other guys gave up on at work. i think it's a miller, not too sure cuz it's half covered in dust.

the main complaint was that it made too much heat vs the MIG. heat in saws removes the tension in the cutting edge and allows it to wander around - especially when it encounters a knot.

i dont know what settings they were using but now that i'm armed with just enough knowledge to be dangerous, i think i'll try and set it up.

don't own any equipment yet, but the more i read, the more likely it is that i'll own Longevity equipment.

most of my welding experience has been on a ESAB MIGMaster 250
