24 inch heavy wall pipe cover repair about 2/3rd of the way done was about 3/4 inch deep by 6-7 inches long by inch and half wide

Coworker made a bet that i could not weld together two alum cans at work

Could have came out better was trying not to get caught doing it

trick with super thin is stay on the filler and burn the filler into the can and move very fast

I have seen some guys use the welded together cans almost like business cards. When they go around to different shops they drop them off with there resume.

never seen that done but it gets fun and competitive in the shop to see who can do it with no burn thru 0.0045 alum is thin or to weld up a can cut in half
