The gears that I have are all larger than what you need. I think that I would check out www.bostongear.com They have a section on gear theory. Using that you may be able to get a match to what you need. This will be the hardest part. Keep us posted...

I'll be honest... Gadget has cnc capabilities with an understanding of basic engineering. I'd try to get schematics on my part, digitize them, and send them his way.
A case of beer and a bottle of wine for the missus (or sheet of mdf) is an excellent payoff for a custom cast cnc engineered sprocket if you just so happen to know someone with a home forge...just saying
