    Tig adapter

Here is an adapter I machined for a tig torch I bought from Ebay for fit my Tig unit. I machined a brass rod to fit the torch power/gas feed. The gas enters into the side of the adapter. And the adapter fits into a dinse connecter to connect to my tig unit.

    Have fun
    Tom

I just thought you ought to show it off Tom. After all it r a Perty piece of work. The solar tig is evolving. Added a 100A shunt and Harbor Freight meter to it for current readings. Also working on High Voltage start rather than scratch and a gas control valve. If I can figure out some IGBT circuitry and simple square wave drivers I hope to make it weld aluminum too. Yes it is an ambitious project.
