    DIY Tig torch water cooler

Here is a water cooler for my tig torch. I bought a carbonizer and used most of the parts for the cooler. I also added a ¼” shaft to the end of the motor so I could install a fan blade. This works for both the radiator and motor for cooling. The radiator is an auto AC condencer. I used quick disconnects on the hoses so I could hook a pressure gauge in to set the pump output to 50 PSI. I can also disconnect the torch and cooler for storage. I am building another for sale.

    Have fun
    Tom

Tom, that looks more like an evaporator than a condenser being so tiny. What type of auto did it come from?

Nicely done. Pictures sans wet spots for the promo material.

    Looks slickly packaged though. ^_^

Wet spots are when I disconnected the hoses to put the pressure gauge in the line for testing NOT leaking.

Trust me, I know the feeling. Just throwing it out there in the event you were one of the ebay sellers that takes pictures of their polished tea kettles in the nude. Not trying to see that picture again.

You threw me for a minute there Nick, I was asking myself "what is a nude tea kettle?" then I got it.

Brother, you click on an innocent auction link for a tea kettle, and see the meat and two veg reflected in 1080p.... You'll forever be scarred.

It's a bit like being taken advantage of in a house of mirrors. Creepy ass Carnies. -_-
