    Home brewed tig foot pedal

Here is my version of a foot pedal designed by Tom (acourtjester) on here, he made and cut the gears for it and supplied me with the pot and micro switch.
You should check out his you tube site, search "courtjester90", Tom is quite the craftsman.
Here are some pictures. It is completed and works smooth as silk good, precise pedal control in a low profile style.

That's really nice! Really low profile, and a carry handle as well.

I built it for my Everlast 250ex but I see no reason that mechanically, it would not work on just about any welder as long as you use the correct pot, connector, switch and wiring.

    Hey Tom,
Check out my video on customizing EMC2 for a touch probe and X-Y offsets for different torches. You might want to give EMC2 a try. Very customizable.

    tig foot pedal

sweet foot pedal. really small & clean design & i like the carry handle. about how much do you think it cost you to make this pedal. i really like it over the longevity pedal that comes with their tig machines now. very nice job!!!..
