    Gas lens in a TigWeld 250 ac/dc

Put in a gas lens today and did some aluminum welding. Can't tell any difference.

    Am I doing something wrong???

Just installed the lens and went back to work.

I'm not sure you will see a difference for normal welding Kevin. The gas lens is great when you have to extend the electrode to get into tight locations though.

Have to try it in a corner or something. Only have about 100 feet more to go on the welding...

Why do I start these pieces.....

Oh wait, that was supposed to be my inside voice......

Why shouldn't you use a gas lens on aluminum?
All my toys I own are just like a hot chick with a std. You want to nail it so bad but you are afraid of the consequences!!!!!
