Welding Aluminum...How to with pics inside!!!

Aluminum is STILL my weak spot... I'm hit and miss on success... mostly miss. LOL

Me too. I seem to have a problem getting a puddle without having black soot or bird crap beads.

I am getting little better though. I can at least put two pieces of aluminum together now... LOL Flat butt welds.... Still have to talk ugly and stomp and raise hell when I try to do a "T" joint, fillet weld, or aluminum tubing... Sometimes the talking ugly, stomping and hell raising helps.... sometimes it don't.

I just need to practice some more I reckon.
