Good tip Keith - - any idea how cold it has to be to start affecting the helmets? I keep my shop at around 50 degreees Farenheit in the winter.Originally Posted by KHK

I live on the Fla/Al line,so I hope I wont have any trouble with the weather affecting a hood.Maybe the heat.

I have two A/Ds and they do not like temps much below 40 to 45 degrees. I keep one in the house whe temps get cold and when it gets flakey, I switch them out for the warm one. Might just be me interested in hearing others experinces
