    weldingweb

The longevity forum on weldingweb either needs moderating or closing down, I'm all done there and have deleted it from my favourites list.

Its the same names spouting caustic comments at anyone who owns a longevity machine. Sandownhill.

Its not just thats a crappy machine, its "thats a crappy machine and you're stupid for buying it too."

    http://weldingweb.com/showthread.php?t=37460

Whether longevity realizes it or not, its definately costing you sales.
In the thread above 2 or 3 buyers have been turned off.

I'm not sure why I'd spend any time there anyway when I can be here.

I was a regular on the welding website for about a month I was having a good time untill I was threatened buy Sandownhill in a PM. He was kicked off the site for 3 months. He's back!! I left the site because fun of converesation had gone. Just keep in mind that Sandownhill probably is on the internet on a machine that was made in CHINA!!

I agree, there might be more experts on the other sites but I actually learn more here.
Because I don't have to wade through a pile of crap first here.
And learning is fun when its a hobby,
heck if it ain't fun I wouldn't do it even for money.

My welds are a lot better at this point but I'm outta gas for now.

I signed up for that site about a day or so before I found this one. When I signed up over there it took me all of about 30 seconds of browsing through past posts to figure out that dude was a jackassclown.

Some folks have no tact whatsoever and could say the same things they are saying without being so crass. I guess there are those that wish to go through life being better than everyone else and just an all around penis wrinkle.

I have ran across that guy on another welding forum, and I don't know if he can run a bead but he sure can run his mouth. I did not let him influence my thinking at all. I know his type, just out to stir things up.
