What size avatar do you need ahack3r? I can adjust it a bit if needed but it has to be reasonable. As for the running a business and other stuff there is a section called the General Chat Room where you can post any off topic things. I use that for my running occasionally. As for the Gallery posts, I will bring that up with Simon next time we talk, it sounds reasonable to me.

how about a button that brings up the posts that have been added to in the past 24 hours? sometimes, i log, then have to jump off real quick, then i am stuck with marking all forums read, then clicking the 24 hours button..... why not have a 24 hours button already?
another, why not have a quick links button from anywhere on the forum? if i click the 24 hours button, then i have to click into a thread, then hit the quick links button
just a thought
(btw) i think the avatar size is fine as it is, this isnt an avatar contest, its a discussion forum regarding the knowledge swapping for welding.... my .07 worth

this place has changed so much over the past couple of months that I would like to see it stay the same for a little while and just have more activity on it. I know everyone on here has very busy days and don't get to stay on all day like some of the other forum sites that mostly "office workers" frequent (so they see more posting and activity) but still I would like to see more interaction between members and more things discussed. I don't post nearly as often as I would like to because I don't want it to seem like I'm carrying on a conversation with myself LOL.

We are going to keep it as is for a while. The small changes will come when its time. Possible color changes may come later on. The forum is once again almost up to its last capacity. Hopefully, it continues to go on this pace.

Hey I like it. On some of the other forums I am on everytime they change them up it is just a total screw up. One of my other go to forums just went thru a major upgrade and forgot to back up the old stuff and now it is totally screwed. Some of the members were deleted, it won't let you sign up new members. I like the layout and ease of use on this forum. Just my two cents.
Oh yea, and the guys on it aren't half bad either!
