    New Rules & Regs ???

I read about some serious rules and regulations regarding hazmat and fumes from welding that will be enforced beginning July 25. 2011.

This is something everyone doing work for hire might want to review... maybe even for hobby guys??? I dunno... I'm confused by many of the new rules on how to live.

Try a google search for 'NESHAP' and 'National emissions Standard for Hazardous Air Pollutants'...

If anyone can post better info, or a link to application of the new rule, pls help !

Sounds like the pros are going to need to purchase a lot of rod prior to July 25th, or have friends and family purchase rod for them to keep the totals down. Just kidding of course

700 to 800 pounds of rods per year and prolly 8 to 9 hundred pounds of solid wire and tig rods.... close, but not quite.
