We just moved to the new hosting company. This version of the forum software has some bugs which is causing the recent downtime. A new version is in the works and will be rolled out soon. We should have NO data loss on this and it should be pretty seamless. Supposedly, the new version fixes all the problems we are seeing right now.

I got one email a few days ago but now they seem to have stopped.

The email thing is a different animal. They are working on that but it has to do with the hosting service not the software.

Actually I just check my Spam folder and they went in there for some reason. So for me the problem was Gmail's spam filtering.

which hosting company did you guys movie to? i hope its a linux based hosting company.. i use tmdhosting and they have been great over the 2 1/2 yrs ive had my site..

i see you've moved to the current version of vbulletin also.. you'll have far less problems, bet the site will be far more secure just from that..

i'm interested in the current version of vbulletin, i've been thinking about upgrading my site to the vbulletin platform. which vbulletin package did you go with?

I can say we are on a Linux based server. I don't know the package that Simon purchased though. I think the host is now Amazon.com but I'm not sure. (I have admin rights on the forum but not the domain server)
