How to delete pictures in post.

I just replied to a grinder thread in the other manufactures forum. I uploaded two pictures and tried to delete one while in the post preview but the picture still appeared in the post but with a frame around it with a title "attached images". This happened in one of my other threads also. So, how do you delete a picture you do not want in the post.
    Thank you.

You should go to advanced edit then manage attachments. You can delete images from there.

Go into edit and delete the lines with the attachment brackets shown here in red, that will remove the picture. [ ATTACH ]3723[ / ATTACH ] then go into advanced mode, select manage attachments. The attachments will show on the bottom of the screen as icons. If you hover over one of them you will get an X in the top right of the icon. Clicking that X will delete the attachment. You will have to say ok to the are you sure dialog box and close the attachment manager.
If you still have issues I will create a how to with screen shots. Let me know what attachments you want to remove that have exceeded the time limit and I will remove them.

If you're still in preview mode just hit the back button to remove the entire post. You might want to copy the text from the post so you can put it in the next post though. After the post you use the attachment manager as I described above.

All but the last have been deleted Nicholas. I left the last one so users can see that it works using the method I described above.
