post count question

If you post again after the 30 seconds in the same thread it will just append to your last post. Not the same as the 30 second thing.

Picture posting question here. A while back I uploaded some pics into my galleries. Now I do everything the same way but they seem to be uploading like links to the pics rather than the pics themselves. When I look in my upload folder I have all the old pics and a bunch of new boxes with question marks in them where the pictures should be. Because of this, I can't post the pictures where I want or in any particular order because I can't see the pics to know which pic is which. Any idea why this is happening?

OK so it appears the pictures were too big to upload so the upload failed. I resized and got them on board. Now, how can I add a picture to a post? I see how to add one to a thread but not a post in a thread. Help please! Thanks!
