    My new welding cart

I found a bargain at a garage sale yesterday. It was a flower cart with fiberglass trays and three 4' fluorescent light fixtures. Originally, I just wanted the lights but after looking the cart over it began to look like a new welding cart. No welding to build it but I did use the new IGBT WeldPro 200PI plasma cut function to cut a quarter inch thick plate for the tank to set on. I will post a video of that cut later tonight.

Boy that looks like a nice set up, got that beefy look and I'm sure will be real handy with all your stuff in one place. I'll have to move in that direction, still using a single cart and don't really have a nice place for all the hoses. I usually do the garage sales as well....didn't find a good cart but found a great dewalt planer for 75 bucks...can't beat that...

    Junes,
The LS80 Plasma has 100% duty cycle at 60 amps. This runs on the CNC table where long cuts are common. My previous LS160P had 40amp plasma and a proportionally lower duty cycle.

Hey Gadget, the sky is the limit. Definately thinking outside the box. I like it. I like to do that, making something good out of something else it originally wasn't designed for.
