    concrete mold mod from h*77

these molds make the jersey barriers that ya see on the sides of the freeway.... they wanted to be able to flip em over to increase production... we obliged.... made the pins from 5 inch 1018 CR steel, the lift ears were made from 2 1/4 thick 572 gr 50 steeel. the tubing down the center fo the forms is made from 6x6 tube with 1/2 inch wall.... the mold full of concrete and rebar weighs 41,000 pounds!
