the rolling cutting table is mounted on a track system so i can roll it out load a sheet, roll it in, cut it, roll it out etc... 5 x 10 sheets get a lil heavy, especially when ya have 78 sheets all 1/4 inch to cut out (pics of that job to follow in another thread)

nice job stan.. wish i had a big enough shop for a table that size.. how much you end up having in it $ wise if you dont mind me asking..

Could you take some more pictures of the belt drive setup, particularly the lower part of it where it changes from the large belt gear to the pinion gear..

    thanks

---------- Post added at 01:36 PM ---------- Previous post was at 01:22 PM ----------

circled the area I was talking about in my previous post..

I was trying to figure how I was going to do my gearing and get enough length, I think I can do it the way yours is real cheap.. just need a better side view of the assembly..

It take a little looking to find different things downloading the catalog pages for what you want helps. For price and stocked amount click on the blue catalog number like shown in the attached picture. This is on the web page not the PDF catalog page.

    Have fun

gladly, brucer... total bill including my and other fellas time is around 5g for the robotics and cad/cam software, drivers, plc's and g-code software. close to 6g's in the table, but i built it ALOT heavier than required and the rolling table underneath cost a few pennies...

keith, its already paid for itself, just cutting the gussets out for the one mold.... just a few more molds to go
